Tempe Camera Film Drop-Off Collection Box Terms & Conditions

By depositing film into this collection box, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Responsibility
This film drop-off collection box is owned, operated, and maintained solely by Tempe Camera. Beanchain does not operate, manage, monitor, or service this box and is not responsible or liable for any items placed inside the box, including items that are lost, damaged, or otherwise affected.

2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and labeling all film and order information before depositing materials into the box. We strongly recommend stapling or securely sealing your bag or envelope before placing it in the collection box. If bags are not sealed and film becomes separated from its order information, Tempe Camera may not be able to identify the owner and cannot guarantee recovery or processing of those materials.

3. Processing and Pickup
Once processed, negatives and/or proofs must either be picked up in person at Tempe Camera or shipped back to the customer if shipping is selected at the time of ordering.

4. Storage Policy
Processed negatives and proofs will be held for 60 days (2 months) from the date processing is completed. Items not picked up within this timeframe may be discarded or otherwise disposed of at Tempe Camera’s discretion.
