Standard turn around times for standard photographic prints are between 3-5 business days. For inkjet prints, turn around times are between 5-7 business days. (This timeframe does not include the copy shot service for fine art inkjet.)
Rush services offered if available, will incur additional cost ranging from 25% - 100% depending on your deadline.

Paper options: Glossy, Matte, Lustre
All standard digital prints are printed on light-sensitive paper that is digitally exposed and processed in chemistry to produce a true photographic print, not an inkjet print.
Includes corrections for color and density.
Borderless is standard. 1/4” white borders are available at no additional charge, but borders will crop into images slightly.
Cropping, dodging, burning, retouching, or any other image manipulation will require additional editing changes.

A photographic giclee is an archival inkjet print made from film (which would need to be scanned) or a digital file. This particular service is not suited for fine artwork, there should be something in the file our technicians can use for color/density reference such as skin tones, sky, foliage, etc.
We will make global (overall) corrections for density and color and can do custom digital editing. Depending on the extent of the editing, addition charges may be applied.
A test print for color and resolution will be output and be evaluated for additional corrections. Multiple tests may be necessary to an optimal final product. All test prints remain property of the lab.
The first test print is included with your overall cost. Additional test prints are $15.00 each.

A fine art giclee is an archival inkjet reproduction of flat artwork. It’s printed from a digital file created by photographing the original artwork with a high-resolution camera in a properly lit copy environment. If the file is not produced in our lab, the file should contain a standard color bar for reference. It’s necessary for us to have the original piece available for color reference.
Our technicians make adjustments to the file to reproduce the artwork as close as possible. We do not guarantee an exact match, as different media types a variances in color, sheen, reflection, etc. Some colors that exist in the art world are not achievable with pigmented inks.
A test print for color on your selected paper will be output and be evaluated for additional corrections. Multiple tests may be necessary to an optimal final product. All test prints remain property of the lab.
The first test print is included with your overall cost. Additional test prints are $20.00 each.

The purpose of a test print is for you to allow you to make judgements on how close it comes your original artwork. It also allows to have a reference point for reproductions in the future.
